seeee, my point is .. why is the girl the abused, ugly, stupid character in the story ?! and that singing cute prince is the one who does the saving hehe .. they are underestimating us !!!
and it's offending to us girls .. so,, I demand disney ppl to make a movie where the girl is saving the guy .... ughhh that's what happens in real life a9lan

The guy is the one who's supposed to be the hero, not the other way around. Or it won't be as romantic.. But you see, that's why Beauty and The Beast is my favorite, I loooove how she falls in love with him depsite the fact that he's actually a monster and she's the one who saves him! And eventually he turns out to be a hot prince. It's the most romantic win-win thing ever and if I could choose a fairytale to live, I'd definitely choose Beauty and The Beast <3 That's my idea of saving him.. otherwise he's the one who's supposed to be all heroic and stuff ;p

yes i agree. i always hated weak girls. i hated cinderella, rapunzel, pocahontas,snowhite, ladylady, saly, jane.. i think that they put wrong ideas in yong girls mind that they can't do any thing without the help of boys... and this idea will hunt them for the rest of their lives just when they tell us at med school that female docs can't think or act correctly during crises.. i think that is wrong.. wrong.. wrong ..

True true true!! But you have to consider those stories being classics, in the old times it WAS the man's job to be the hero and the ultimate romance was to save a girl. In today's world it's us helping each other and saving each other's asses, women really evolved socially in most parts of the world. So, I too demand a realistic Disney story =p but I wouldn't want to disappoint children lol..
